Projects where the machine had to run – on time and on site

Amager Engineering works on site where the machine stands – in Denmark and far beyond. Here are two of the projects, told by the customers.

Pump retrofit in Tanga, Tanzania

On the Fluxo Pump Retrofit upgrade project in Tanga, Tanzania, Morten handled the electrical supervision and the introduction of a new local panel with PLC and HMI. During the process, minor program changes were made and all interlocks with the customer's central control room (CCR) were implemented – and Morten trained the customer's technicians in working with the panel and the HMI.

Where the work is done

A PLC program is not finished at the desk. It is finished when the machine runs, the operators understand the screens and the documentation matches what is in the cabinet.
