We deliver well-commented PLC programs built on well-tested standard blocks. We use the standard blocks you have already developed, or we develop special function blocks that suit your needs – so the program is easy to maintain for those who take over after us.
We develop new HMI mimics, reuse the ones you already have, or integrate according to your company standard. The screens are made for the people who stand at the machine every day: clear alarms, readable signals and trends.
We assist in the design and engineering of the machine and prepare the complete electrical documentation – ready for the manufacturing of the electrical cabinet. Made in SEE Electrical, PC|SCHEMATIC or similar, and delivered so it can be integrated directly into your own systems.
Amager Engineering also assists in the production of the electrical panels through one of our partners. The panels are manufactured in Denmark, in North Zealand – based on the documentation we have prepared, so nothing is lost between drawing and cabinet.
Old installations rarely need to be replaced – often they need new life. We re-engineer and retrofit existing systems, hardware as well as software, so a well-functioning machine can run on for many years with modern controls and documentation.
We assist at or oversee the factory acceptance test, and we carry out troubleshooting and commissioning nationally and internationally. And we always support after the system has been started up.

A block diagram gives a quick overview of the equipment's inputs and outputs. The wiring diagrams, combined with a detailed part list, let the panel builder purchase exactly the right parts. And the operator manual explains how the machine is operated, how alarms are read and how signals are trended.
